Those Board members presentwere Chairman Craig Lords, Treasurer Kip Nelson, and Trustee Devere Hunt. Trustee Wendy Horman and Vice-chairman Annette
Winchester md Others in attendance were Superintendent Chuck Sha kett, Deputy Superintendent Marjean McConnell, Technology Director Scott
WoolstenhUlme, Tm Uu Manager Karen Judy, Health and Safety Coordinator Guy Bliesner, Director of Plant Facility/Purchasing Clerk Kristine
Buttars, Chief Financial/Operations Officer April Burton, Director of Human Resources Shalene French, Principal Tom GaUdlay, Principal Jason Lords, Principal Terri
aeoaho. Director of Operations Todd Hicks, Technician Josh Graham, Principal Dan Page, Principal Ken Marlowe, ondectiogBnordQerkJudiBamoo,
Chairman Lords reminded those present that those on the Board are volunteers and are parents and grandparents in District. This is not Our 0m boundary change. It is
the sixth time. So, we are comfortable with this process and the decisions we have to make. There are copies of proposals available at the back of the room. What we
start with is not necessarily what we will end up with. Chairman Lords then introduced Shalene French and Karen Judy.
Mrs. Judy asked patrons to keep in mind that these are proposals and informed them that there is a Survey available online. She explained the Versa Trans program and
how it helps draw the boundaries by giving us numbers of kids in a given neighborhood. The program works in connection with PowerSchool. We thought we would
have 10,300 -10,600 students. Our actual number is 10,800 and we expect to be above 11,000 soon.
Chairman Lords opened the meeting for public input at 7:12 p.m. and asked those who wished m speak wstate their name and address for the record and also print
their name and address on the sheets provided.

Chairman Lords reminded patrons that every school has great teachers and great principals. Falls Valley has a large capacity and others have less. We want as many
children as possible to be able to walk to school. He also reminded people that we are adding students and losing money at the same time.
Chairman Lords asked for a total number of kids who are impacted under each plan. He also asked how many kids are in Summit Park. Summit Park has 276 students
m this time.
